HP EliteBook W Series - Mobile Workstations
In addition to catering to the needs of professionals confined in cubicles with the Z210, HP will also be offering a little something to on-the-move customers with its new HP EliteBook W-Series mobile workstations.
HP EliteBooks, the 14-inch 8460w, 15.6-inch 8560w and 17.3-inch 8760w make use of a FORGE design framework and feature aluminum-alloy hinges and cast titanium-alloy display latches for increased durability, a radial-brushed gunmetal finish, a 2nd generation Core processor, up to 32GB of RAM, various storage options (SEDs or SSDs), AMD FirePro or Nvidia Quadro graphics cards with 1GB to 4GB of memory, USB 3.0 connectivity, and 6-, 8- or 9-cell batteries.
The HP EliteBook 8760w, 8560w and 8460w start at $1,899, $1,349 and $1,299 respectively, and will go on sale in the US in May.
